Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all TUFZEN electronic devices come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty that covers hardware defects. Extended protection plans are also available at checkout for added peace of mind.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Are TUFZEN products compatible with international voltage standards?
